A: Shawson Plastics uses low-density Polyethelene as our raw material.

Q: Is Shawson Plastics a "Green" company?
A: Yes, we recycle all our plastic cut-offs, by-products and leftover materials. Nothing goes to waste, and we make sure none of our
     products or factory processes are harmful to the environment.

Q: What is your company address?
A: The Shawson Plastics factory is situated on the corner of Tungsten and Wakis Avenue, Strijdom Park Ext.2, Randburg, Gauteng.

Q: Do your quoted prices include tax?
A: Our prices are quoted without Value-Added Tax, so please add 15%

Q: Do you deliver?
A: We make use of a courier who collects from our factory every day. Please note that there is a delivery charge applicable.
     Customers are welcome and encouraged to collect directly from our factory.

Q: What are your working hours?
A: Our factory is open during the following hours:
     Monday to Thursday: 7am to 4pm.
     Friday: 7am to 3pm.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Please note that that a 6% handling charge will be applicable for goods ordered and returned to Shawson Plastics. SHAWSON PLASTICS accepts Cash, Credit and Debit cards and Electronic transfer payments (EFT), our bankers are ABSA BANK ,so kindly note that EFT payments done from other banks will need to reflect in our account BEFORE goods are dispatched/released from our warehouse. This may take up to 48 hours. We unfortunately cannot accept a faxed/emailed proof of payment without the funds reflecting in our account. If your bank is not ABSA BANK, and you require same day order and collection/dispatch, we would encourage you to please make use of one of the other forms of payment to avoid any delays on receiving goods. CHEQUES NOT ACCEPTED. Thank you!
